  • We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8. Travel Insurance
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other risks.
  • Travel insurance is not included unless specified in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
  • All content, materials, and branding are owned by Jageshwan Tours And Travels Private Limited or used under license.
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to our data handling practices.
11. Dispute Resolution
  • Customers should first contact our support team for dispute resolution.
  • Any unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated with a new “Effective Date.”
